Maulik Parekh
President and CEO
SPi Global Solutions
Maulik Parekh is the President and CEO of SPi Global Solutions, a leading KPO and Customer Interaction Solutions company with more than 14,000 employees in the US, Europe, the Philippines, India, and Vietnam. Prior to joining SPi Global Solutions, Maulik was Executive Vice President of Asia Operations for TeleTech Holdings. At TeleTech, Maulik orchestrated an ambitious growth strategy that grew the company's Asian presence from 6,000 employees to over 22,000 employees across 14 sites. Under his leadership, the company won seven industry awards including the BPO Company of the Year from the ICT Committee in the Philippines. Prior to joining TeleTech, Maulik was with Dish Network, a leading satellite TV provider in the USA, where he initiated the company's offshoring strategy in India and the Philippines, led the Direct Sales Division and managed an operational team of more than 4,000 employees. Maulik has a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University, India and an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA.
Mike Beninato
President
SPi Healthcare
Mike Beninato is responsible for the management of SPi’s Healthcare division. Mike is committed to delivering an unprecedented level of service and continues to guide SPi's clients into the future of healthcare and physician billing management.
Mike started with SPi's subsidiary, Springfield Services Corporation (SSC) in 1992 as a Regional Account Representative responsible for building new business, and was promoted to President and CEO in 1996. Prior to SSC, Mike previously served in various positions of medical accounts receivable management with Palos Community Hospital in Palos Heights, Illinois. Mike has over twenty (20) years of experience in sales and financial management in the healthcare industry, including hospital and physician practice.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago.
Dave started with SPi's subsidiary, SSC in January 2003 with over twelve (12) years of financial management experience focusing on receivables management and corporate integration.
Prior to joining SSC, Dave worked with two receivable management companies, Regulus Receivable Management, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Asset Management Outsourcing, Atlanta, Georgia. Dave began his career with Arthur Andersen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin focusing on corporate audits, as well as, process reviews and internal audit projects.
Dave holds two Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
John has recently assumed responsibilities as EVP of Operations in addition to his on-going role as CIO. In this expansion of duties, John will coordinate operational and IT management staff to bring continuity and cooperation for key services offered to clients.
John joined SPi's subsidiary, SSC in February 2004. Prior to that, he headed the financial applications group for Palos Community Hospital and its immediate care centers. He was also the senior consultant with a healthcare consulting firm in Wheaton, Illinois.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Computer Management, from Eastern Illinois University.
Lesli McGill
Director, US Operations
Lesli joined SPi in 2006 and is responsible for managing the US operations. She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare information industry and has an extensive background in operations, sales, information management, and account management. Prior to joining SPi, Lesli was Regional Director for MedQuist, where she was responsible for operations in a multi-state territory. Lesli started out her career as the owner of 3Q Medical Transcription Service, a Nashville-based transcription firm.
Sameer Raina
Director, Sales & Marketing
Sameer joined SPi in 2003 and is responsible for managing the sales and marketing function. He has over 10 years of experience in various management roles including business development, strategy, sales management, sales support and marketing. Prior to joining SPi, he was a Consultant with Ernst & Young specializing in transaction advisory services in the media and telecom industry. Sameer holds an M.B.A with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
Jai Moolchandani
Director, IT and Application Development
Jai joined SPi in 2008 and is responsible for ensuring that the company has a robust, reliable and best-in-class technology. He has 15 years of experience in the IT industry including the past 12 years in the Healthcare IT. Prior to joining SPi, Jai was the VP of Technology and Project Management at Spheris. Jai holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Christabel Campos
Director, Audit & Compliance
Christabel (Khryss) has over two decades of extensive experience in medical transcription, training, and quality management. She is responsible for managing all transcription-related Quality Assurance and Management programs. Prior to her current role, Khryss served as the Production Manager. Khryss holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from St. Louis University, Philippines.
