Community Involvement

Our global platform provides us with the opportunity to enrich the communities where we live and work by building sustainable corporate-community partnerships that draw on the expertise and capacities of our employees and lines of business around the globe.

In the U.S., SPi Healthcare has been supporting The Susan G. Komen (SGK) for the Cure, the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists fighting to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all, and energize science to find the cures.  SPi started to support SGK in 2006 and has donated more than $10,000 to date.

In the Philippines, we focus our efforts in helping deprived students in completing their education, increasing their employment skills and securing a job after graduation through the SPi College Scholarship Program, the Computer Training Program conducted in SPi's Computer Learning Centers in various locations in the Philippines, and Job Search Seminars.

SPi also supports "Gawad Kalinga" a Philippines based grassroots organization focused on poverty alleviation. SPi adopted a small village where we donated a total of 30 houses and a multi-purpose hall that houses a day care center and a computer learning center.  Apart from monetary contributions, SPi employees also contributed their time in the actual construction of the 30 houses.

In India, SPi Healthcare and the employees embark on various socio civic programs like helping the children of "The United Physically Handicapped School” and campaigns for “Road Safety Awareness”.
