Experienced Analysts

SPi’s Quality Audit team conducts detailed audits of delivered reports using the strict standards set forth by both SPi and the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI). Working from the original audio, these experienced individuals monitor the integrity of your individual reports and the performance of the transcriptionists creating them.

Official Industry Standards

Our Quality Audit process utilizes two industry benchmarks for performance: The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 2859-1 sampling requirements as well as the grading system dictated by AHDI Quality Standards. Errors are placed into 1 of 35 different error categories to facilitate feedback and monitoring.  Transcriptionists are coached about their errors to foster growth and continuous improvement.  Clients are given monthly quality reports documenting our performance.
