To ensure we exceed your expectations for accurate, timely and secure transcription, SPi retains transcriptionists as paid-staff, not outsourced contractors, and provides them with one of the most rigorous and comprehensive training programs in the industry.

For both domestic and offshore candidates, SPi prescreens candidates for experience, education and a variety of other credentials to ensure only the most qualified applicants are admitted to the training program. This due diligence advances applicants to our award winning training program, which ranges from 2 weeks to 18 weeks depending on skill set and experience.

In addition to specialized transcription certification and training, SPi requires its entire staff to complete its Workforce Privacy Training, which explains the guidelines for the use and disclosure of protected health information. This training is repeated annually to each member of the workforce.
