Service Guarantees
SPi is willing to ‘walk-the-talk’ by offering service and performance guarantees for quality and turnaround time. We are highly confident in our ability to live up to our contracted commitments. In the remote event that our transcription quality or turnaround time is inconsistent with our service commitments, we would be willing to pay financial penalties until we remedy the situation.
